Fully Trained Therapists

ICHER therapists are qualified in the therapy / therapies practised in line with the House of Lords Science & Technology Committee Recommendations (November 2000). All therapists are members of the relevant governing bodies and hold a minimum of a nationally recognised Diploma in their practice and all work is undertaken in accordance with the code of conduct and ethics of that body.

ICHER therapists undergo additional ICHER induction training in order to more specifically enhance their skills in the treatment of patients with long-term illness. Some ICHER therapists are already experienced in working in the areas of haematology, oncology and supportive and palliative care.
